If you ever decide to pay a visit to government car auctions, you will find that there are usually plenty of cars being auctioned off, all at outstanding prices. Most government agencies will have procedures for replacing the vehicles their departments use every 40,000 miles. This is a relatively low mileage and you can normally find cars still in great shape, with only minor tuneups needed to keep the car running smoothly. Being an auction, these cars will also start at a low price. You can usually get an outstanding deal on any vehicle when you turn to an auction. The government auctions are so noteworthy, however, for the high quality of the vehicles being sold.

Government cars, to try and save as much money as possible, will be auctioned off when they need to be replaced. This can help the government save as much money as possible as well as give you the chance to find an outstanding car for a relatively low price. The types of cars which may be auctioned off can be far-ranging, which should turn into a relatively easy way for you to find a specific type of vehicle as long as you give enough government car auctions a chance.

You should know that car auctions will attract a large number of buyers since they are priced so low. Although not everybody knows about these auctions, they still attract a large enough crowd that you’d be in for some stiff competition especially for some of the better vehicles. Bidding prices will often start low but will increase at a fast pace depending on the car being auctioned. If you play your cards right, you could drive away with a steal and you didn’t even have to go through a car dealer.

There would be of course cars that would sell fast and a lot of people would bid on it. Keep a budget in mind if the price of the car that you want is going up fast so that you won’t overbid. Granted you might want to pay a bit more if the car meets your requirements and you have checked its value and know it’s worth the cost. Remember that government car auctions have a revolving stock so even if you can’t get that car this time, there’s always another time so have patience and you’ll eventually get the car that you want.

Taking the time to visit free government auctions will require you to understand how the process works. If you win a bid on the car, you will normally have to leave an automatic deposit on that vehicle. You will often then have around 24 hours to pay the rest of the price before you are allowed to take the vehicle. No other fees will often be required over the normal title and registration fees. As you can see, there is a relatively low price associated with government car auctions but they can turn out some of the most outstanding vehicles you could hope to find!

Now you have you’re domain name and hosting you need to decide which route you want to take to make money. I will show you the eBay affiliate way today. There are scripts you can purchase to make this job really easy. The one I’m going to use today is called BANS, Build A Niche Store it’s $97 or £61, but well worth the price, once you’ve built your first site, you can use the script again and again. With the hosting I mentioned in part one you have enough space to build hundreds of stores, all you need is a domain name for each new store.

The reason why I’ve chosen this script is that it’s so simple to use, you just upload it to your hosting and follow the step by step manual. If you haven’t already joined eBays affiliate program the same manual walks you through joining. I don’t need to go through all this again as the manual has full graphics and really simple to follow. They also recommend ftp software to upload the script to your hosting. If you purchased the hosting I recommended, Servage then you can just click on upload file, you will need to zip the folder you want to upload first, you can download Winzip Evaluation Version for free, so if you want to build a store for the usa market, then go to the script folder for BANS and select US Store, once selected right click on the mouse and select winzip, then add to winzip. a zipped version of the folder will be created and you can now upload through upload file. Once it’s uploaded you will see an unzip button to the right of the folder, clcik this and your folder is ready to be configured. just follow the manual for full instructions.

Once you’ve followed the instruction and your store is completed you will need to promote your store, by adding it to web directories and writing articles and adding your url of your store to the bottom of the article. Also use visit forums and put the url in the signature when you post, this will Keep promoting and your store income will rise each month.

I built my first store today Websites For Sale, this took about 2 hours to build and the process is really simple.

I found this software really simple to use and install, it cost $97 for the package, first you upload the folders to your hosting, this is all written down in the install guide, so simple for a newbie to follow. The trouble you might have is setting up a database for the store, but this is also explained very well in the install notes. If you haven’t done anything like this before please read the instructions before you start and use the recommended hosting, as they will walk you through how to setup a database.

Once you’ve uploaded the scripts, you can now sign in and set your niche store up. You can have a basic store up within 10 minutes, just pick the category(s) you require from eBay and the script pulls all the auctions from that category(s) onto your site. You have plenty of options to configure your site, add menus and links, unique content.

You could try eBay, but most of these seem to be templates from people trying to make some quick cash.

In this post I will give you two excellent programs to add ebay auctions to your website, or to create a website from scratch.

The first one is called phpBay Pro if you click on the next link you’ll see the script working, golf products this is the wordpress version of the script.

First thing you do is add wordpress to your website, if you have a good host, then you will already have the option in your control panel. Once it’s up and running, login via the admin area and add the phpBay Pro script to the plugin folder, I usually do this by ftp then activate it in the admin section of wordpress and then you’re ready to add a short piece of code to the post section in the admin area.

You need to setup the categories your require and once you’ve added the script to the post and selected the categories it will list those ebay auctions.

The script you add to the post section looks like this [phpbay]game, 100, 72493, nintendo[/phpbay] game is the word which it picks out of the title, 100 is how many auctions it will show, the 72493 number is the ebay category that the game word will be selected from. The nintendo is the word not to show in the auctions, there are many variations to the above, but with this little bit of script you can easily built a superb looking website selling things off of ebay.

The second script is called ‘Build A Niche Store‘ I will write up a post soon on how this script works.

A company well worth signing up for as an affiliate is eBay, they have brought their affiliate network in house over the last 12 months. You can find it by searching for ‘eBay Partner Network’ via the search engines, it’s the first result in Google, in my next post I will be sharing a couple of very good programs to use to add ebay auctions to your site.

If you already have a website already, then you can easily add ebay auctions to that site and earn when someone joins ebay or bids on an auction after coming through your site.

I have about 12 ebay sites making good money, you need to do your homework by choosing a good niche, select a good domain name and once you’ve built your site use article marketing and backlinks to bring visitors to your site.
