Building Backlinks and First Page of Google

This is going to be spread out over many parts, and we’re going to start from scratch.

First we need web hosting, I will recommend the company I use as you get 7500GB of transfers each month and 750GB of webspace. Now you have the hosting, you require a domain name for your website. You need to build a niche on a subject you really know and enjoy. If you play the guitar then you could build a site on this subject, or if you’re into gardening then pick this subject. Once you know which niche, then we need to look at the keywords related to this niche. I use a toolbar to find my keywords you can find out how to use it and more about it here. Once you’ve found some excellent keywords with plenty of searches each month, see if the domain is available. I use Name Cheap to purchase my domains, go to there homepage and under “Enter the domain name you want” type your chosen keywords first together, so if you’ve chosen garden tools, type gardentools in the search box without the gap, make sure .com is selected and click search. if it’s taken then try it with a dash, so enter garden-tools. Keep entering your keywords until you have a domain that’s available. If you can’t find one available, try adding a word to the beginning or end, so qualitygardentools and quality-garden-tools. Once you’ve found one, open an account with namecheap and purchase the domain name.

Once the confirmation has come through and the domain is listed in your namecheap account, you can then point it to your hosting, if you purchased the Servage hosting mention above then, click on the domain name in your namecheap account and on the left you need to click on “Transfer DNS to Webhost” in the centre of the page you will see 5 blank boxes, in the top two you need to enter ns1.servage.net and ns2.servage.net then click save changes. Give it up to 48 hours, then your domain name will be pointing to your web hosting.

We can now start building you site, this will be covered in part two.

First you need a site with quality content, this is easily achieved by using PLR articles and rewriting them, this is easier than you might think. Find a article which is related to your site and take each sentence and rewrite it into your own words, or swapping some word with others with the same meaning. You can soon become a master at rewriting articles and this adds unique content to your site. If you still can’t master rewriting, then you will find plenty of freelancers on digitalpoint forums that will do an excellent job.

Now you have a site with quality content, you need to find keywords and you can do this for free by using Google Adwords keyword tool to determine the most searched keywords.

Once you have your keywords then you need to do some marketing placing your new keywords into the links. I suggest using articles and putting your link in the resource box at the end of the articles. You can also social bookmark your site and the articles you have posted to ezine articles, go articles. You can also submit your site to web directories using your keywords. Again all this can be completed by a freelancer who can do the complete job of getting your site into the first page of Google for around $150 – $200. Searchers make mistakes like we all do, it’s amazing how many mistakes are made when the searcher types in the keyword. Sometimes the searcher just doesn’t know how to spell a word so will type what he thinks is right.

Some keywords are typed incorrectly more than others, so you can include these in your SEO on your VRE. But if you operate a quality virtual real estate site you may not want to add these misspellings to your site for credibility reasons.

You can get by this by writing an article about misspellings and add the error keywords to your article, this will still keep the quality to your site, but include the underground keywords.

When you have found some excellent keywords that happen to be typos, work out a way to use them!

Before you start building your site, you will need to do plenty of keyword research, by doing this you will make sure you’re on the right track for a busy site.

All developers of VRE need to choose the right keywords so that the search engines bring their site the right sort of traffic and plenty of it. Once you have the right keyword, this will direct your site and give it a structural pattern.

The goal is to get highly targeted search engine traffic to your site and more the better. This is only going to happen if your site is high in the search engines for the keywords your prospective visitor is using to search.

Should you pick sub-niches due to there size, if you can find a few good keywords that will get you top spot in the search engines quite quickly should you go for it and build that website or pass it by for a bigger niche?

Build it, you can grab that sub-niche and make it your own very quickly. The work to keep you at the top of the search engines is very minimal compared to the competition high end niches and the return on investment of some of the smaller VRE niches will give you the best returns.

Most people think about the big niches and the thousands of visitors that’ll get to their site, but it’ll be super competitive and a lot of hard work to get it to the top of the search engines.

Google with not hesitate in closing your Adsense account if you don’t play by the rules. If you do get banned then you’ll find it really tough to open up another account or to get back into their good books.

If you have a Google Adsense account or plan on opening one, then here are three common no-nos that can get you banned.

Here’s probably the number one reason for getting banned from Adsense, self clicking, whatever you do, don’t click on your website Adsense ads, you simply can not do it, the alarm bells will sound at Google towers, they will find you out and close you down in a flash.

Number two is blending your Adsense ads into your website so they look like your website navigation links or non sponsored content. Also Google have rules against displaying graphics next to your ads, a website competitor might grass you up or Google might find out on a routine check. This can lead to a ban, so please read the terms of service.

Number three, using scams or tricks, ‘I’ll click your ads if you click mine’, ask or pay someone else or another publisher to click on your ads and you will reciprocate the favor, or any other similar scheme will get your account closed down.

Play by the rules and read the terms of service and you should have a good relationship with the number one online ad program.

Off page inbound links are the best way to improve your search engine ranking. But do not forget about good SEO on your web pages, this still helps, unfortunately there’s loads of rumours, so here’s two methods you must avoid.

1, Keyword stuffing, using the same keyword through-out your site, over and over again, keywords should be used naturally.

2, Filling your meta tags with keywords, this use to work years ago, but now the search engines hardly take any notice of them.
