First you need a site with quality content, this is easily achieved by using PLR articles and rewriting them, this is easier than you might think. Find a article which is related to your site and take each sentence and rewrite it into your own words, or swapping some word with others with the same meaning. You can soon become a master at rewriting articles and this adds unique content to your site. If you still can’t master rewriting, then you will find plenty of freelancers on digitalpoint forums that will do an excellent job.
Now you have a site with quality content, you need to find keywords and you can do this for free by using Google Adwords keyword tool to determine the most searched keywords.
Once you have your keywords then you need to do some marketing placing your new keywords into the links. I suggest using articles and putting your link in the resource box at the end of the articles. You can also social bookmark your site and the articles you have posted to ezine articles, go articles. You can also submit your site to web directories using your keywords. Again all this can be completed by a freelancer who can do the complete job of getting your site into the first page of Google for around $150 – $200. Take a look at Scriptlance and type in SEO to bring back open projects, so you can see how much programmers a willing to complete the job for.

Searchers make mistakes like we all do, it’s amazing how many mistakes are made when the searcher types in the keyword. Sometimes the searcher just doesn’t know how to spell a word so will type what he thinks is right.
Some keywords are typed incorrectly more than others, so you can include these in your SEO on your VRE. But if you operate a quality virtual real estate site you may not want to add these misspellings to your site for credibility reasons.
You can get by this by writing an article about misspellings and add the error keywords to your article, this will still keep the quality to your site, but include the underground keywords.
When you have found some excellent keywords that happen to be typos, work out a way to use them!

Is it better to purchase a dot com domain name or can you get by with any of the other extensions.
Search Engines will tell you that they are not bothered which extension you have at the end of your domain name and you’ll probably find that the name you require is available in one of the other extensions, all bar .com, but unless you have a good reason to pick another type of extension, stick to .com.
.com is the most well know extension and the most credible, also not everyone believes that the search engines are telling the truth when they say it doesn’t matter. .info has a reputation of being cheap and associated with template and spam sites, if you use a .info extension then you’ve probably put your site within a poor crowd of websites.
Do some research on the search engines and you’ll see that .com is king, you may save money using a alternative extension, but you may harm you sites search engine ranking.
If you’re going to build a website, stick to .coms.

Adsense is one of the quickest ways to get your website making money, it turns an area of your site which is worthless into a money making area of virtual real estate. You can end up marketing your website so it becomes a high traffic site, but not earning from it.
You can also add it temporary to areas of your site that are still work in progress, bring in some money before you’ve completed that project.
Some marketers build sites full of good content just to earn off of Adsense, as long as the content is unique, then this will work.
