People think that Virtual Real Estate projects are sites full of quality content that earn plenty of revenue through adsense from visitors coming via the search engines.
Most of this is correct, you must have quality content sites and your site must have been SEO’d to get visitors from the search engines. But the money part is not quite accurate.
Yes Virtual Real Estate owners do use Adsense and other contextual advertising to make money from their sites, but quite a few do not use contextual advertising at all. There are many ways to monetize your VRE sites, affiliate products being an excellent example. Many owners of VRE sites make a good living adding links to there site content that contain affiliate products. You can be very flexible with VRE, you don’t need to just stick to Adsense.

Should you pick sub-niches due to there size, if you can find a few good keywords that will get you top spot in the search engines quite quickly should you go for it and build that website or pass it by for a bigger niche?
Build it, you can grab that sub-niche and make it your own very quickly. The work to keep you at the top of the search engines is very minimal compared to the competition high end niches and the return on investment of some of the smaller VRE niches will give you the best returns.
Most people think about the big niches and the thousands of visitors that’ll get to their site, but it’ll be super competitive and a lot of hard work to get it to the top of the search engines.

People think you can put any old PLR content on a website or blog template and make loads of cash with three adsense blocks on each page. The truth is, that this wont make you a penny.
If you use PLR content without rewriting it, then it’s probably out on the web already and the search engines know about it, Google will know what you’re trying to do and you’ll be punished.
Quality Pays, visitors will know instantly if you upload trash and disappear as soon as your page loads. If you rewrite your articles and content and construct a good looking website or blog, then you have more of a chance that your visitors might stay, read your content and click on your ads, and pay you another visit some time.

They’re closing the doors to this real soon, so hopefully this is still available by the time you read it.
If you want 90% of the work done for you in building virtual real estate then this is for you. You receive a package once a month on a niche and the website is ready to upload to your own hosting. You will need to purchase a domain name and follow the tips I’m going to give you further down. Take a look at this niche in a box. Like I said before most of the work is done for you and if you put the packages together under one domain name you can make a super silo full of content which Google loves.
One tip I will give you is rewrite the articles that come with the package before you upload them to your website. You don’t need to rewrite all the articles before you upload them, just a couple articles for each section. There’s usually 15 sections per package or 15 mini websites put another way. This will make your content unique and as you add each months package to your domain, so you will be adding fresh content, which will drive more visitors to your site, generating more clicks on adsense.
You’ll need to purchase a domain name like helpfulguides.com or something along those lines.
