Even if you have experience with building sites, it can't hurt to have a pair of fresh eyes to help you. They will look at the site the same way a customer would. But, if you do ask them for their opinion, make sure you learn something from their constructive criticism.

A lot of people will hate it when they get emails from customers with complaints, but it's much better if you learn how to deal with them and not fear them. Embracing these complaints means that you will reply to emails immediately instead of delaying them. In such a case, you learn to solve complaints fast, so you can fix stuff that goes wrong. What customers tell you influences the way you need to modify your business. By preventing similar complaints, your customers are happier overall and your business grows stronger.

Adapt When Markets Change

Just because you start making a lot of money, it doesn't mean you can't crash down when the market changes. The marketers that are most successful are those that know when the change is coming and they prepare for it, keeping in touch with what people want or need. If you want to be successful in this area, try to embrace change.

Be Flexible

When someone asks for a refund in the 31st day, and it's been 30 days since he bought the product, you shouldn't refuse him. You can make that client trust you for life by offering him this little present. When you're a small business you can adapt and win clients much easier than a big company would.
